Hi, my name is Shaun Dickson. For the past 25 years I have travelled the planet looking for the perfect wave. I've surfed on most of the continents with trips to South Africa, Indonesia, all of the Pacific, Europe, Central America and the States. I have spent lots of seasons on Oahu and Kauai, paddle surfing Waimea, Sunset, Pipe,etc Most recently, the last 3 years, living and tow surfing in Hawaii.

My main focus there is "Jaws". I have been lucky enough to hook up with guys like Robby Seeger and Cheyne Horan, who have past on their experience and knowledge in huge surf. I have towed Jaws on all the biggest swells for the last 3 seasons, and was nominated for the Billabong XXL and was in the top 10 contenders for the tow surf awards. My efforts at "Jaws" resulted in magazine articles in Surfer, New Zealand Surfing, Waves Australia, Surfermag.com USA , an interview on ESPN Brazil, featured tow surfer in the Warren Miller movie "The ultimate Playground" with Robby Seeger, Garret McNamara and Ikaika Kalama and and also the Tronolone movie "Jaws Underground".

My friend Richard in Maui has an 85 foot steel catamaran, that we use as a support vessel for Jaws. The back of the ship has provision for 3 jet-skies and has a crane to lift them on and off. On this ship we are traveling throughout the Hawaiian islands surfing the outer reefs. I also own a jet-ski in Australia that we have been using to tow here. I am going back to Hawaii for the season starting october and have trips planned to Mexico, Costa Rica and Chile. There will be photographers and videographers traveling with us, which will result in fairly good media coverage.
